Once we confirm that your order is ready to collect, you're welcome to come in to pick up your purchase when ever it suits you during our boutique hours.

We recommend that you text or call us to make sure we have it all ready for you.

Available for deliveries in Australia.  

We use Australia Post for this service. Please check their delivery times once we send you your tracking number.

Australian deliveries

Same or Next Day Delivery in Melbourne Metro 

 

Available for deliveries within Melbourne Metro (that is, within 10km of the CBD)

Monday to Saturday.  

Please submit your order before 12pm for same day delivery. If later, we will still try to process and deliver your order that day. If not it will be delivered the next day.

Available for orders $150 or more and get same or next day delivery in Melbourne Metro (within 10kms of the CBD) Monday to Friday. 

Standard Shipping with Australia Post 

Once we have confirmed your order we will send you your Tracking Number with Australia Post.

Exchanges | Free Shipping

Please note that our offer of Free Shipping applies if your order is over $150 and within Australia. This offer applies with regards to the first delivery however, if you change your mind and wish to exchange your purchase for another item you will be charged either Standard Shipping of $10 or $15 for Express (you let us know).

Tracking | Australian customers
We ship all our parcels via Australia Post. As soon as your order has shipped, you will be notified by email which will include your tracking number.

Changing your delivery address
Lucente aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left. To change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible on 61+ 0477 000 858.

Incorrect shipping address
Please take extra care when entering your shipping address to make sure all details are correct. In the event that you provide us with an invalid shipping address and as a result the parcel is automatically returned to us by Australia Post, we are not responsible. Any further required shipping to have the parcel sent back to you will be at your expense plus, a $10 flat rate return to sender fee.

Order cancellation
Please take care when placing your order. If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, our normal returns policy applies. You will be issued with a store credit equal to the total value of your purchase in such instances unless it is on sale.

Shipping| Outside of Australia
We offer flat rate international shipping for $30 via Australia Post to most countries.

Duties & taxes
We are required by Australian Law to declare the full value of the goods being shipped as 'merchandise' in AUD - we are unable to declare a lower value as 'gift'.

Please note that your order may attract import duties or local taxes upon arrival into your destination country. Please familiarise yourself with any such local customs charges that may be applicable before purchasing.

Shipping | Tracking (international customers)
We ship all orders using Australia Post's International service.
If no one is at your nominated address, a card will be left for you to collect the parcel from your nearest local post office - the collection post office will be stated on the card (usually your nearest local post office).

Overseas Tracking
Upon shipping, you will receive email notification & your tracking number.

Responsibility of Lost or Stollen Deliveries

When you place your order please ensure that you choose a safe location for it to be delivered. When we post your parcel risk in delivery passes to you. For example, if you direct Australia Post to leave your delivery at your building's reception this will be at your risk if the item goes missing and we won't replace the item.
